By using ScaffoldQuotes.co.uk you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. The service

ScaffoldQuotes is a marketplace connecting customers with vetted scaffolders. We are not a scaffolding company. Contracts for scaffolding work are between you and the scaffolder you book.

3. Payment protection

Deposits are held in a protected account until you confirm job completion. Disputes are mediated by our resolution team. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the timing of cancellation — see the FAQ for current terms.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the quality of scaffolders' work, damage to property, or personal injury arising from scaffolding services. Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
